Guide rings also known as wear rings. Guide rings primary function is to avoid the metal to metal contact. They guide the rod in the cylinder head and piston in the cylinder bore. They accomodate the radial load.

Backup rings are anti extrusion rings also known as support rings. They are fitted along with o-rings / piston seals/ rod seals to protect them from extrusion.

Quad rings nearly have the same sealing principle as the O-ring sealing. However, they provide less friction than the conventional O-ring and there is no spiral twist. It eliminates the tendency to roll in the groove. The sealing is achieved by the diametrical squeeze in a right angled groove. The system pressure creates a positive sealing force.

This is a profile which is an excellent replacement for o-rings and backup ring combinations. For non standard grooves they provide an excellent sealing in high pressure and wear applications.

O-Rings are the simplest form of sealing that are used in both dynamic as well as static applications. For dynamic applications they are used in rotary as well as axial applications. The selection of o-rings depends on temperature, pressure and fluid.

Rotary Seal R10 consist of common material as BFT part on the OD and energiser O-ring part on the ID. Various material can be used according to the applications. It is double acting seal and it is mainly used for pivoting movement. Custom sizes available to suit your specifications.

Rotary seals are designed to seal the pressurized hydraulic fluid against the atmosphere, preventing leakage and pollution of the environment or to transfer liquids and/or gases from a stationary part into or out of rotating machinery. This is double acting rotary seal with interference of the O-ring on the OD and no Interference of the BFT on the ID.

AU NIPSL is specially used only for pneumatic applications. It acts as a wiper seal from outer side and rod seal from inner side. Retainer Nose with keeps the seal intact inside the small groove provided to fit this seal. It is available in various standard sizes.

TDUO Seals are the replacements of Piston in pneumatic cylinder. Rather designing piston and seals for pneumatic cylinder it is very easy for designers to put this TDUO Seal which acts both as piston with a strong metal base and seals with both side elastomer lips on it .
