hydraulic seals

Backup rings are anti extrusion rings also known as support rings. They are fitted along with o-rings / piston seals/ rod seals to protect them from extrusion.

Guide rings also known as wear rings. Guide rings primary function is to avoid the metal to metal contact. They guide the rod in the cylinder head and piston in the cylinder bore. They accomodate the radial load.

Wiper Seals also know as dust seals / scrapers / excluders. These seals are a vital part of hydraulic cylinder and prevent dust / debris / outside contamination to enter the cylinder. Wiper Seals from 3 mm to 850 mm diameter are manufactured as per temperature and fluid requirements.

Piston Seals are used in Hydraulic Cylinders for Fluid Sealing. They allow in pressure building on one side of the piston for extension / retraction. They are placed between the piston and the bore. Seals from Bore dia 5 mm to 850 mm are manufactured as per customer specific pressure/ temperature / surface speed / fluid requirements.

Rod seals are designed to seal the pressurized hydraulic fluid against the atmosphere, preventing leakage and pollution of the environment
